SPA PEDICURE - $140

Our pedicures are a cut above the rest. Not only are they a relaxing clinical treatment that will leave your feet feeling silky smooth** they are also done in complete privacy. All of our pedicure equipment is either single-use or sterilised after every use using a medical-grade autoclave.

Our Spa Pedicure is a relaxing experience that includes a foot and leg massage to help improve circulation and further enhance your experience. At SoA & MHA-Wellness we never take chances when it comes to your health and our hygiene.  

**Please note that this is NOT a Medi-Pedi and for serious conditions such as ingrown nails and fungal infections a podiatrist should be consulted.

NON-INVASIVE PELVIC FLOOR TREATMENT - $150

At SoA & MHA-Wellness we are here to help support pelvic floor health with our non-invasive pelvic floor treatments to help strengthen and support the pelvic floor muscles. Our treatments are clinically tested and have been shown to provide outstanding results within as little as 3 weeks.

Our Pelvic health plans are designed to address issues such as; incontinence, and sexual dysfunction and for those just wanting to build strength and prevent future damage.

REMEDIAL MASSAGE - From $80 / 30min

A restorative therapeutic massage to aid in injury recovery and prevention. Regular remedial massage is great for anyone struggling with poor posture and body strains. Session times are from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.

Step away from life and into your own little escape. Calm the mind and just melt away. Massage pressure is to your specific requirements.

RELAXATION MASSAGE - $130 / 60min

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE - $130 / 60min

Massage designed for active bodies. Can dramatically reduce cramps and body aches throughout the body from day-to-day use. A firmer style of massage however pressure can be reduced for your comfort

HAND AND FOREARM MASSAGE - $80

This 30-minute treatment is for anyone and everyone. Regular hand therapy can dramatically reduce the risk of RSI and carpal tunnel. Hand therapy is also great for those recovering from injury. Also, it just feels amazing. Can be added to a massage service.

HEAD MASSAGE - $75

A 30-minute Indian head massage may help to reduce pressure in the neck and head. Using an educated touch to locate and treat pressure points to relieve tension.

NECK TRAPS CHEST LATS - $80

30-minute massage dedicated to upper body specific areas to release tension from everyday work/lifestyle habits. This is an excellent maintenance massage for anyone who constantly feels discomfort in these areas. Also an amazing treatment for those susceptible to regular headaches. We can also offer you some simple but powerful exercises/stretches specific to your needs to complement treatment. With in-clinic treatments and regular home work, we can dramatically improve posture, circulation and stress.
